Spiv States is another great Japanese Visual Kei band that will give you a major rush with their cheerful rock/pop sound. They are very upbeat and their vocalist JUN and guitarist Iori is from the band Phantasmagoria and was the one who formed this band. The band has thus far released quite a few singles and a mini album since they formed in 2009.
