9nine is a Japanese pop girl band formed in 2005 under former label LesPros Entertainement. They originally had 9 members hence their starting name and received their main fanbase from school girls ranging primarily from primary school to high school.
In 2010, Sony Music Japan undertook this group and aside from their singing, they participate in modeling and acting.
