SiM is a Japanese alternative metal/post-hardcore band that formed in November, 2004. Their name stands for Silence iz Mine. They are originally from Shonan, Kanagawa, Japan. Their style not only includes screamo but also incorporates punk/reggae/ska which makes them very unique. They also have a lot of english in their songs and are not fully in Japanese.
