Kou Shibasaki

Kou Shibasaki is a Japanese pop artist. Her real name is Yukie Yamamura. She was born in Toshima, Tokyo on August 5, 1981. She also is an actress and her first movie was Battle Royale as Mitsuko Souma.

Her music career debut was in 2002 with her single Trust My Feelings but got her most recognition from her second single, Tsuki no Shizuku. The second single was used for the movie Yomigaeri. Her single ラバソー～lover soul～ which was used as the ending theme song for the live action drama Otomen.
