Do As Infinity is a Japanese pop/Rock band and they formed in 1999. They had a previous composer Dai Nagao but he later left the band. Tomiko and Ryo both work on lyrics together. They re signed by Avex track and released their first single called Tangerine Dream. A year later their first album Break of Dawn released getting lots of praise.

As the band kept putting out 5 more albums until the end of 2005, they even featured their song Tao as the main theme of Tales of Legendia by Namco. During 2005, Tomiko decided to pursue a solo career and Ryo went to work with his band Missile Innovation.

Later the band came back together in 2008 announcing they would officially reform.
